Frequently Asked Questions About Our Membership
How Does The Membership Work?
- Memberships require a minimum commitment of 6 months and can be canceled at any time after this period, provided written notice is received 30 days in advance of the monthly billing date.
- Your credit card number and email address are required for participation in the program. Your credit card will be kept securely on file with our booking software and will be charged with the amount contracted on the first day of each month.
- If your card cannot be charged for any reason your membership will be suspended and a $35 fee will be charged each past due day until you provide a new card or your existing card can be charged.
Can I Transfer My Treatment To Someone Else?
- Individual services may be transferred to a friend or family member for a fee ranging from $25. They won’t receive product or enhancement discounts unless they’re a member.
- However, you can only transfer to a friend or a family member 1 time every 3 months.
- Full membership and associated benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Can It Be Rolled Over?
- Sorry! We’re a little selfish as you should be too! Your monthly self-care benefit, must be redeemed within the month of the billing date.
- Discounts and additional benefits offered to members do not roll over and can only be used while membership is fully paid and in good standing.
What If I Want To Cancel My Membership?
Our Skin Wellness Membership is a six months commitment. Requests to cancel an agreement should be sent to membership@vivianeairesskinwellness.com. Our membership coordinator will review and confirm within 1-3 business days.
Can I freeze my membership at any time?
Yes. After the first three months, you can freeze your membership for a maximum of two months during your contract term. All you need to do is submit a Membership Freeze Request form. Our membership coordinator will review and confirm within 1-3 business days.
